Do I need a PPL/PRS licence to use your services?

No, all of our equipment comes fully licenced by PPL and PRS.


Can I use my Sonos speakers?

Whilst our music players are compatible with Sonos devices that have an audio-in port, we strongly advise against this due to complications that can arise in the event of on-site repairs.


Does my music player need to be connected to the internet?

Yes, we require clients to ensure that their music player has a live internet connection at all times, if a player goes offline it will not be able to receive any updates or remote technical support.


If I have an issue with my amplifier or other sound equipment used with your music player, will you be able to fix it?

No, we provide repairs for our equipment only, if you are having issues with any other sound equipment we will however be more than happy to put you in contact with a top AV company.


How often will my playlists be updated?

This depends on which of our plans you are subscribed to.


I can’t hear any music, what should I do?

Firstly, plug a set of headphones into the green audio port on the back of your music player, if you can hear music then you’ll need to have a look at your amplifier/audio equipment, if you can’t then give us a call and we’ll be there ASAP.


Can I get rid of single tracks that I don’t like?

Yes, all of our players come with a blacklist function, or alternatively if you are not near your player at the time of hearing just give us an email with the time you heard the track and we’ll remove it for you.


Can I change playlists myself?

Yes, the music players allow you to change mood whenever necessary, of course your playlists will be set to play automatically at the times you specify.


What type of music can I use with MAV Music?

Our playlists are made up of tracks from our extensive music library featuring everything from punk to classical.


Why do you offer a free trial?

We believe that our music selection is the best around and there’s no  better way to show it off than a freebie!


Will you send a reminder before the trial ends?
