Following the success of the Street Pizza concept at Bread Street Kitchen, the Gordon Ramsay Group have rolled out the concept to York & Albany. With a bedroom located directly above the main dining room, DJs were one thing which didn’t come across from Bread Street. Instead we were asked to create a playlist in place of a DJ which would appeal to the Street Pizza demographic, selecting from nu disco, deep house and some of our signature re-edits and bootlegs.
